Among the notable chefs surveyed, Erin Miller, chef and owner of Urban Hearth, shared her go-to locations. She praised Alive & Kicking Lobster in Cambridge for its simple yet flavorful lobster sandwich and inviting atmosphere. For those craving a scenic experience, Miller recommended Sprague’s Lobster in Wiscasset, Maine, a family-run eatery known for its exceptionally fresh lobster and generous portions of butter. She also highlighted Superior Lobster Co. in Humarock, which is recognized for its innovative deconstructed lobster roll served with Cape Cod potato chips.
